Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment. I offer Intro to Reformer classes for those completely new to the machine, Beginner Pay As You Go classes, and Mixed Level Pay As You Go classes suitable for a range of abilities.

For clients who have completed several pay as you go classes and feel confident on the reformer, there may be the option to progress into Block Booked Mixed Level Reformer classes. I aim to cater for different levels within all classes by offering guidance, progressions, and adaptations where needed, helping everyone feel comfortable while still being challenged at their own level.
It is important for all participants to listen to their own bodies during the sessions and rest when needed.
